About me
I came to code the long way round.
I am a self-taught developer specialised in Laravel, living in Tijuana, Baja California. I am not a programmer by trade: my passion for technology and constant learning led me to explore and master tools that make life simpler for other people. When I am not writing code or with my family, I follow what is happening in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
From my first steps in a small town in Sinaloa I learned that technology can be a bridge to real solutions. My professional career started in human resources, but it was the urge to simplify processes that led me to found API Market, a platform that connects systems to government databases in Mexico to speed up and automate critical processes.
Side projects are my escape valve and my creative lab. Each one reflects the same philosophy: build useful, simple, practical tools that solve real problems. My goal is to keep learning and building solutions that give people back their time and peace of mind.

The repaired phone
In 2010 my mother bought a broken second-hand phone so we could stay in touch. She replaced the screen flex and brought it back to life. That LG Cookie was my first phone and my first lesson in reverse engineering.

Industrial engineering
I chose the degree for the future it promised. I kept something better: the habit of measuring a process and removing every step that is not needed.

Nine years and up to 300 hires a week. Validating documents by hand, file after file, taught me exactly what was worth automating.

I learned from forums and documentation after work, with my own projects as a testing ground. Nobody gave me permission: I simply started.
